Mo Vaughn, the 12-year-old MLB slugger, has confirmed to use human growth hormone to expand his great league career.
Vaughn, who won AL MVP from 1995, held an interview with Athletic, where he admitted to using a performance -enhancing drug to recover from a knee injury late in his career.
“I tried to do everything I could,” Vaughn explained. “I knew I had a bad, degenerative knee. I shoot HGH in my knee. Whatever I could do to help the process.”

Vaughn was among players named in the notorious Mitchell report, which dived into the use of steroids and performance-enhancing drugs in baseball in 2007.
In Vaughn’s case, the report found proof that he had bought on three separate occasions in 2001 – a year when he did not play after injuring his left ankle and knee hunting a bad ball.

MLB did not ban HGH until 2005, two years after Vaughn’s last match. He closed his career with the New York Mets in 2003 after a 27-match stint with the team.
In his prime minister, Vaughn was one of the league’s most feared power mothers, with his best season, which came in 1995, his MVP campaign with Boston Red Sox. He mashed 39 homers with a league-leading 126 RBI while jumping .300/.388/.575 with a .963 ops.

The next season, Vaughn hit a career high 44 large flies with 143 RBI while hit .326/.420/.583 with a 1,003 ops.
After eight years of Red Sox, where he hit 230 of his 328 career homes, Vaughn spent two seasons with Los Angeles Angels from 1999-2000 before this injury in 2001, wiping him out all year.
Vaughn joined Mets in 2002 and played 139 games while hit 26 homers with 72 RBI with a .259 batting average.
