Abbottabad:
A mob in Changla Gali took the law in their own hands and lightened a guard after he allegedly murdered a local resident of Seer Gharbi Union Council, police sources said Sunday.
According to officials, Khan Zaman, a guard and resident of the Kurram district, was brutally killed with stones and sticks of a furious crowd after he mortally stucking the local youth IMRAN Abbasi during a dispute over parking lots.
Sources revealed that Khan Zaman was employed in a housing community where Abbasi had parked his car overnight. When Abbasi returned in the morning with his brother to pick up the vehicle, an argument arose with Watchman. The shift escalated, and in a rage, Khan Zaman Abbasi attacked with a sharp object and stabbed him several times. Abbasi succumbed to his injuries while his brother was injured in the attack.
As the news of the murder spread spread, a large number of people gathered on the spot and set fire to five houses in the community. When he felt the father, Khan Zaman hid in the basement of a house.
Police arrived at the scene, and after learning his residence, a wall broke down to pick him up. The furious mob, however, officers, forced custody of Watchman, and subjected him a brutal public execution and pleaded guilty to killing on the spot.
Several policemen sustained injuries to the violent confrontation. Watchman’s body was later transported to an Abbottabad hospital for a postmortem.
No arrests have been made in connection with the incident.
