U.TODAY – SAMSON MOW, maximalist and CEO of Jan3 and a few other companies, have addressed the debate over whether the cryptocurrency that the US government may have in the future should include other cryptos except Bitcoin. He certainly believes it should contain nothing but BTC.
In particular, Jan3 chief was aiming for and the XRP cryptocurrency associated with this blockchain company. He also commented on several X posts that criticized Ripple and XRP and added fuel to this problem.
“There are still more reasons” to hate XRP: Mow
Samson Mow is a famous Bitcoin Maxi, who is often seen criticizing large altcoins, like ETH and XRP while calling Altcoin’s “S-Coins.” This time he has poured criticism of the Ripple affiliate crypto.
In a recent tweet, Mow wrote that he has seen a lot of posts indicating reasons why “why you should hate Ripple/XRP,” and said he wanted to add some perspective. His “perspective” was expected to maintain these reasons for hating the company and the token it works with.
Jan3 chief tweeted: “You still don’t hate them enough, and there are still more reasons why you should hate them.”
Mow’s key argument against XRP in potential American reserve
Samson Mow also came into the debate that recently arose on the X platform on whether any cryptocurrencies except Bitcoin, such as XRP, should be added to the potential US strategic cryptor reserve.
Mow believes that adding something other than Bitcoin means giving taxpayers’ money to businesses and individuals who “printed their own token out of the blue air.” Mow used Elon Musk’s Doge rhetoric here as Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency tries to reduce the excessive and unjust consumption of money paid to the budget of US taxpayers.
As an example of such a company printing tokens, Mow Ripple gave and said that at the start of their career, “its founders just pushed a button to make 100b tokens.”
On Friday, founder Charles Hoskinson also stated that nothing except Bitcoin will be added to the American strategic cryptor reserve. However, he did not criticize Ripple or XRP. Lately, Hoskinson has worked closely with the Ripple team to launch their RLUSD stableecoin on Cardano.
