Islamabad:
The National Assembly has adopted a decision that calls for urgent and comprehensive measures to reduce Pakistan’s population growth to sustainable levels.
The resolution was moved by the central leader of PPPP Syed Naveed Qamar in the house.
By recognizing the serious consequences of the alarmingly high population growth revealed in the population of 2023 and housing, parliament recognized its negative impact on the state’s ability to improve citizens’ welfare, especially in providing fundamental rights such as education, healthcare, employment, housing and housing.
