Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has a famous Punjab Police and Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) for their successful operation against terrorists in Makarwal, Mianwali, and called it a “significant success” in Pakistan’s ongoing war against terrorism.

In a statement from Islamabad on Monday, he praised the bravery and professionalism of the security forces that eliminated over ten terrorists in an intelligence -based operation with high effort.

“By sending more than 10 Khawarij terrorists to hell, the Punjab police and CTD have shown unique determination,” he noted.

Naqvi, which termed the action as a tactical and symbolic victory, said the operation had delivered a strong warning to anti-State elements that threaten national peace and security. He emphasized the importance of such quick answers to protecting innocent life and maintaining long -term stability.

“I put a tremendous pride in officers’ courage. Their efforts are really commendable,” he said, repeating the government’s obligation to provide full support and resources to law enforcement authorities to fight terrorism.

Security has been further tightened in Mianwali and the surrounding areas after surgery. Officials have confirmed that intelligence -based operations will continue to run terrorist networks operating in the region.
