NASCAR COTA RACE: Riley Gaines lead beans before green flag

Riley Gaines, a former NCAA All-American Swimmer, who has advanced Fairness in Women’s Sports, delivered the pre-race call on Sunday before the NASCAR Cup series Echopark Automotive Grand Prix at The Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas.

Gaines said a prayer before the “The Boys” actor Jack Quaid gave drivers who go ahead to start their engines.

Shane van Gisbergen started sixth. The Road Course specialist was the favorite to win.
