Natalie Portman revealed that her children are her “source of excitement” after her divorce.
In a recent performance with Wednesday Actress Jenna Ortega for an interview with Interview magazine43-year-old Thor Actress shared some rare insights into her life as the mother of two.
“My kids are always a source of excitement because you just see them develop into the people they are,” the Black swan Star told Ortega.
“I’ve also spent a lot of time with my friends with their children and my kids; it’s pretty fun,” she noted.
It is relevant to mention that Portman greeted two children, daughter Amalia, 8, and son Aleph, 13, with ex-husband Benjamin Millepied.
Although Portman is not a very private person, but when it comes to her children, she chose to keep them away from the limelight.
“I’m not a particularly private person in real life – I want to tell you something – but publicly, it was so clearly early that if you tell people how private you are, your privacy will be respected much more,” detailed actress.
“I created a bit of a barrier to be like, ‘I don’t want to do photosis deans with my kids,’ Portman added.
For those who have not been daring, Portman and her ex-partner Millepied ways in July 2023 and were officially divorced in February 2024.
