Basketball Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal had hard words for Los Angeles Clippers -Guard Ben Simmons in a rant against NBA’s current product.
O’Neal sounded the game in the latest episode of the podcast.

“People are getting mad. It’s just a product of what I’ve seen,” said Los Angeles Lakers legend. “I have seen what greatness is, been there, played with them. I don’t see that all the time over there. So you want me to give these mom —- rs the same props you give them? It-I — will never happen. You can call it hate if you want.
“Even with the word ‘hatred’ like these f —– g kids, they like to throw that word around. If you’re not f —– g amazing and I’m amazing, how f — Can I hate you? It doesn’t give any F —– G ROON. I am If —– G-BUILDING and you are not in the building, so how f — Can I hate you?”
O’Neal said he will see greatness on the field and complained that “a lot of these mother — ers can’t play.”

He pointed to Simmons, a three-time all-star whose career has been destroyed by injuries. He went from an average of 14.3 points per Fight with Philadelphia 76ers to average fewer than seven points per Fight with Brooklyn Nets and now with Clippers. All this, while he was about $ 35.4 million a year in salary and has earned more than $ 200 million in his career.

NBA’s current product has found a lot of criticism in the last few years. With several teams taking 3-Pointers and stars that don’t play the entire 82 game, fans responded by turning off the game.
Reviews were a hot topic of conversation earlier in the season.
Boston Celtic’s head coach Joe Mazzulla even said he would “rather see something else.”
