NBA fans were introduced to South Carolina Gamecock’s woman’s basketball star Chloe Kitts on Wednesday night when she was on the draft to support her boyfriend, Collin Murray-Boyles.
Toronto Raptors chose Murray-Boyles with No. 9 Total choice of NBA draft. Kitts and Murray-Boyles embraced each other in a heartwarming moment and then began to celebrate when his dreams of being a professional basketball player were finally realized.

Kitts later sent a photo of himself on his Instagram stories wearing a raptors hat and later showed Murray-Boyles, who already signed autographs for fans.
In the middle of the draft Frenzy, she became a viral sensation.

Kitts’ games are nothing to sneeze at. The Natives in Washington was a five-start recruiter who came out of high school and committed to Dawn Staley’s South Carolina team over North Carolina, Louisville, Duke and Arizona.
She rose in Gamecocks’ basketball program and helped the team to a national championship in 2024. She also has gold medals on the American national team for the FIBA U-18 Americas Championship and Fiba Under-19 World Cup.
Her junior season with Gamecocks was her best at the college level so far. She average 10.2 points and 7.7 rebounds per Match.

She is considered one of the top WNBA drafts of prospects next season in a 2026 class already stacked with increased expectations. Lauren Betts, Olivia Miles, Azzi Fudd and others will highlight the class.
