The message was published during NBC’s advance presentation in New York.

“I’m so excited to see the NBA back on the NBC,” he said in a news message. “NBA at NBC was a meaningful part of my career and I’m excited to be a special contributor to the project. I look forward to seeing you all when NBA at NBC is launched in October.”

Jordan has been away from the game for almost two years after he sold his share of Charlotte Hornets in August 2023 for more than $ 3 billion. He turned attention to the 23xi racing and the pursuit of a NASCAR championship.

He gets part of the game once again as a contributor.

“Michael’s inheritance both on and off the field speaks for itself,” said NBC sports president Rick Cordella. “We are incredibly proud to have him participate in our coverage.”

Jordan is considered the largest NBA player of all time. He went undefeated under his NBA finals, which has five NBA MVP prices and was a 14-time all-star. He played a majority of his careers with bulls before wrapping up with Washington Wizards.
