Cade Cunningham and the stamps had the possession of less than 10 seconds to play. Cunningham got a decent look at the bad line, but his shot was outside the brand. “There’s contact on Tim Hardaway’s jump shot. I don’t know any other way around what’s contact on his jump shot,” Bickerstaff said via ESPN. “(Hart) leaves his feet; he is by Timmy’s grace. I repeat, there is contact on his jump shot.”

NBA officials admitted to having made a mistake after the game was completed.

“During the Live game, Josh Hart was judged to make a legal defensive game,” said Head of Crew David Guthrie. “After postgame review, we observed that Hart gets body contact that is more than marginal for Hardaway Jr. and a mistake should have been called.”

Cunningham had 25 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists in the loss.
