NBA’s top draft choice puts Caitlin Clark on Wnba Mount Rushmore

Caitlin Clark Maybe only be in her second season in WNBA, but what she has already done for women’s basketball is enough for Cooper Flagg to place her on her Mount Rushmore.

During its initial press conference after that Dallas Mavericks On Wednesday night, the Duchy product was asked what players were on his NBA and Wnba Mount Rushmore.

“I might put Caitlin Clark in there just because she has changed the game so much, and that’s heading in the right direction,” he told journalists on Friday. “I just love what she’s been able to do.”

She had an immediate influence on the pros and helped the fever of getting a playoff performance for the first time since 2016. She was named Wnba Rookie of the Year in a season that saw record viewership and participation.

“Honestly, it means a lot to me to see how far they have come and I will continue to see,” the flagg said while attending Dallas Wings Home match against the fever Friday night.

“I’m a big fan, so it’s really cool to just be here and be in this environment and get to see a great game.”

Clark was sidelined from Friday’s Matchup and missed his other straight game due to a groin injury. The fever still surpassed the wings of the 94-86 victory, when Paige Bueckers, the first overall election in the 2025 WNBA draft, fell 27 points.
