NEW Strands today (game #680) – the answers
The answers to today’s Strands, game #680, are…
- NAME
- PRICES
- SKILLS
- CONTACT
- EXPERIENCE
- EDUCATION
- SPANGRAM: CONTINUE
- My assessment: Hard
- My score: 2 hints
It took me three puns before I finally got today’s theme sorted.
I blame the fact that I spent a year sending my CV around when I was out of work, and I’ve shut all these headlines out of my head – along with the time spent in LinkedIn hell. As an example: with a four-word hint, I printed out ‘significant’ instead of NAME.
When I finally understood the task, I worked around the board. Honestly, it’s no wonder it took me so long to “appeal for a rental authority”.
Yesterday’s NYT Strand’s Answer (Sunday, January 11, Game #679)
- WHOOPEE
- HUZZAH
- BOOYA
- HOORAY
- YIPPE
- FANTASTIC
- SPANGRAM: THAT’S GREAT
