After first coming across and then the spanframe, I had no doubts about the words we were looking for today – although I was pleased to find “burgers” among the non-play words.
This goes down as a near perfect Strands for me – not too hard or too easy, with a theme all puzzlers will find fun and some interesting word choices.
Also, it wasn’t until I played this game that I realized how many different elements there are in a CROSSWORD, so it has made me appreciate them even more…

What is NYT Strands?
Strands is the NYT’s not-so-new-anymore word game, following Wordle and Connections. It’s now a full-fledged member of NYT’s game stable that’s been running for a year and can be played on the NYT Games site on desktop or mobile.
