I’m sure some “The Munchies” is a rare feeling that strikes them occasionally, but I find myself triggered by a number of situations – to run, watch sports on TV, play threads, weekdays containing the letter “y ”.
One thing is for sure. When I get “The Munchies”, I don’t reach granola or fruit; Well, not unless I have none of the other things listed here that are available within half a mile radius. No, it’s popcorn, cheese, chips or nuts for me, very much thanks.

What is new threads?
Strands is Nyt’s new word game after Wordle and Connections. It is now out of beta, so it is a fully developed member of Nyt’s Games Stable and can be played on the new Games site on desktop or mobile.
