The theme automatically triggered thoughts of Angela Lansbury and company that sang ”Be our guest, be our guest/put our service on trial“From Beauty and the Beast.
Although today’s threads were not about pressed napkins or dancing teacups, it was in a similar area.
My first two words – greeting and service – were easy to find, but everything else was quite difficult, including the curved suspense of hospitality. And despite it being my last word, it still took me a while to put together to receive.

What is new threads?
Strands is Nyt’s non-new-new-more word games after Wordle and connections. It is now a fully expanded member of Nyt’s Games Stable, which has been running for a year and can be played on the new Games website on desktop or mobile.
