The answers to today’s threads, game #433, is …

I saw the spangram first today and then grabbed the three most obvious sausages: Chorizo, Salami and Liverwurst. The other two I had never heard of, but being a great consumer of processed pork, I’m pretty sure I’ve eaten them.
The hardest thing today was tapping Kielbasa and Andouille in the right letter order, but I assume they had to give us something to chew on. Top marks, by the way, to Strands HQ for today’s top punning theme.
All of these meat goodies are what we would call cutting sausages in the UK, as we do not want to confuse them with actual sausages or hot dogs as we like to fry the whole and consume with chips or mash potato or with even more meat products for our award-winning arterial-clogging breakfast.

What is new threads?
Strands is Nyt’s non-new-new-more word games after Wordle and connections. It is now a fully expanded member of Nyt’s Games Stable, which has been running for a year and can be played on the new Games website on desktop or mobile.
