When I saw that the theme was “on Broadway”, I was convinced that today’s search would be about classic shows such as Evita. So I started with discovering CatsAndrew Lloyd Webber Musical, who ran for 18 years, from 1982 to 2000. I was shocked when the letters did not turn blue and the answer turned out to be thrown instead.
Instead, there were some of the elements it takes to put on a production minus a few omissions – scene and script, both of which are crucial to most Broadway hits. Well, unless your idea of an evening in the theater is an improv in a parking space,
Getting the tension early always feels a little weird. I got it today as my other correct guess and it helped unlock the rest of the board.

What is new threads?
Strands is Nyt’s non-new-new-more word games after Wordle and connections. It is now a fully expanded member of Nyt’s Games Stable, which has been running for a year and can be played on the new Games website on desktop or mobile.
