A little bit of knowledge got me a long way today.
Immediately we thought we were looking for the names of Alfred Hitchcock movies, I searched for the two I knew best – Psycho and Vertigo, both of which were easy to find thanks to their rare letter combinations. From here I grabbed a couple I didn’t know – lifeboat, rope and Topaz.
My favorite hitchcock movie – Rear window -The business not cut for obvious reasons, but I’m more disappointed with the very low -key tip. Mr. Hitchcock deserves somewhat less prosaic than movie title.

What is new threads?
Strands is Nyt’s non-new-new-more word games after Wordle and connections. It is now a fully expanded member of Nyt’s Games Stable, which has been running for a year and can be played on the new Games website on desktop or mobile.
