I think today’s threads relate to words that exist in the United States Constitution, but I have to admit that I am not an expert in this regard, given that I am based in the UK. What I know is that the words here represent a selection of human rights that we often take for granted, but which are constantly worth reminding ourselves – especially if we feel they are threatened.
As far as my gameplay went, I saw the two shortest words first before the tension confirmed the theme and opened the board.
Unlike most days, I hardly had to pour my head sideways to find out the gaming words and had unusual had to go in search of non-playing tips after finishing the board.

What is new threads?
Strands is Nyt’s non-new-new-more word games after Wordle and connections. It is now a fully expanded member of Nyt’s Games Stable, which has been running for a year and can be played on the new Games website on desktop or mobile.
