Newsom Trans Athlete Comments: CA -Schools, Families Tilt Out

Residents and schools in California have been exposed to recurring occurrences of transient athletes competing in girls sports for the past several months, which led to national control; Disorder of academics, athletics and family life; And even litigation.

On Thursday, some of the affected California residents saw that Govin News Nydom admits on his new podcast that he believes that transking athletes competing in girls sports are “unreasonable” but justifies that it can happen.

“It’s deeply unfair,” Newsom said of transient athletes competing with girls. “There is also a humility and a grace. … These poor people are more likely to commit suicide, have anxiety and depression. And the way people speak to vulnerable societies is a question that I also have difficulty with.

“So both things I can hold in my hand. How can we solve this problem with the kind of decency that I think you know is inherent in you, but not always expressed about the question?”

Pakinomist Digital reached out to schools and families affected by California’s Trans Athlete Inclusion Policy over the past year for their thoughts on Newsom’s recent comments.

Stone Ridge Christian School in Merced, California, got his girls volleyball team forfeited an playoffs to San Francisco Waldorf in the fall due to the presence of a trans -esteem athlete on Waldorf’s team. It was a decision that ended Stone Ridge Christian’s season because Newsom’s policy forced the girls’ volleyball team to a situation where it would refuse to play to avoid compromising religious beliefs.

“What is really unfair is Gov. Newsom, letting men compete in women’s sports despite being unreasonable. Although it is common sense for men and women to compete on their own teams, this is especially referred to as a religious school,” Stone Ridge Christian School Campus Campus Campus Campus Julie Fagundes told Pakinomist Digital.

At Martin Luther King High School in Riverside, California, a situation involving a trans athlete on the girls’ cross-country skiing team, national control, a lawsuit from two girls on the team and several students who were punished to carry “Save Girls Sports” T-shirts in protest.

Cynthia Slavin, the mother of one of the girls who brought a lawsuit against Riverside Unified School District, Pakinomist told Digital that she believes that Newsom “marginalizes” young biological women with her attitude.

“I am grateful that Gavin Newsom said it is unfair to have boys in girls sports.

“Knowing that he doesn’t intervene or try to come up with a plan, he adds to the division and tension in our state. He adds stress and mental problems for not only the ‘marginalized’ group, but for my daughter Kaitlyn and all the other girls who are not in order with biological boys invading their space. He helps biological girls become the new marginalized group.”

The nearby Jurupa Unified School District (JUPD) has been dealing with a recent national controversy involving a transbane and field athlete at the Jurupa Valley High School (Juvhs) who has dominated female opponents by dizzling margins in Triple Jump this season.

Jaspriya Singh, a former Juvhs athlete and sister of a current athlete on the girls cross-country skiing team, sorry the situation newom has allowed.

“My sister has trained tirelessly in freedom and dedicated countless hours to improve her performance. When she is forced to compete against biological men, it creates an unreasonable playing field that undermines her hard work and opportunities. Female athletes deserve to compete in a space that protects justice and integrity,” Singh Pakinomist told Digital.

“This is not just about sports. It’s about ensuring that girls have the same chances of excel and reach their dreams without an unreasonable disadvantage. Therefore, it is so important to fight for policies that keep women’s sports really for women.”

A JUPD teacher told Pakinomist Digital on condition of anonymity that Newsom is not genuine in his latest comments.

How transgenderism in sports changed the election in 2024 and ignited a national counterculture

“As a teacher in Southern California, I don’t think or trust Gavin Newsom’s sudden attitude change on transient athletes in girls sports,” the teacher said.

“For years, he has advanced policies that force schools to comply with inclusion rules and disregard the concerns of female athletes, parents and teachers. Now, in a conversation with Charlie Kirk, does he claim to see the unreasonableness of this?

“It’s hard to take seriously when his policies still allow and enforce what he is now questioning. If he was really interested in justice in sports, he would take real steps, not just move his rhetoric when it is politically practical.”

Former Jupd teacher Jessica Tapia, who claims she was fired by the district of her attitude to the question, says the question drives good teachers from California’s schools.

“Still today, it’s hard for me to wrap my mind around what happened to me. We lose good teachers because of how harmful sex ideology is, teachers themselves fighting for the truth and the true protection of students,” Tapia told Pakinomist Digital.

Conejo Valley Unified School District Board President Sonja Shaw told Pakinomist Digital that her district has dealt with several reported events with biological men using girls dressing rooms, calling Newsom “weak” to allow it.

“You’ve seen it. You obviously know it and you haven’t done anything and it takes a Charlie Kirk with you to admit it? That’s not what leaders do,” Shaw said.

“Right now we have a lot of confusion. We have parents thinking that their girls are safe until their daughters are greeted by a boy on the field, in the swimming pool or even in the dressing room and the toilet. So to sit back and say it is unreasonable but does not put teeth in it, I think is weak. It shows who he is and continues to be.”

Amber French, a division in -swimmer at California Baptist University, has witnessed several events with transking athletes competing against young women in her state and calling on Newsom to intervene.

“Every year we have another man who plays in female sports and removes our options. Note that it is never the other way around. Gavin Newsom recognizes that unfairness has not yet done anything to protect female athletes in California,” French told Pakinomist Digital.

“It is the time government manager Newsom actually does something about the unfairness he recognizes. The same decency he advocates must be applied a hundred times to women and protect their changing rooms and opportunities.”

The state has so far refused to comply with President Donald Trump’s executive order to keep biological men out of girls’ sports since it was signed February 5, which risked a potential loss of federal education financing.

California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) is under investigation by the US Ministry of Education for potential violations of title IX related to the question.

“CIF gives students the opportunity to belong, connect and compete in educational -based experiences in accordance with California’s legislation [Education Code section 221.5. (f)] which allows students to participate in school programs and activities, including athletic teams and competitions that are in line with the student’s gender identity, regardless of gender listed on the student’s posts, “says a CIF declaration at that time.

Pakinomist Digital reached out to CIF for its reaction to Newsom’s latest comments.
