ISLAMABAD:

The federal government is expected to present the annual budget for the financial year 2025-26 in the first week of June.

The Ministry of Finance has published the timetable for the federal budget for the coming financial year.

According to the schedule, the ministry plans to present the federal budget in the first week of June. It has recommended finalizing all budget documents by the end of May.

The ministry has also proposed convening the meeting of the Economic Council in the second week of May and a meeting of the Planning Coordination Committee in the first week of May.
