NFL Damage: Chargers’ Najee Harris is suffering from non-contact leg damage

Los Angeles chargers running back Najee Harris suffered a brutal damage with lower legs in the second quarter of their AFC West Divisional Matchup against Denver Broncos Sunday.

Harris was set up behind Quarterback Justin Herbert when the play started 5:16 pm back in half. Herbert falsified the pass, and Harris immediately went down and grabbed his left foot. A repetition showed that Harris was trying to push his left foot before a shock wave was sent up his leg.

He immediately went down on the non-contact.

Harris was seen that was driven off the field. Harlers initially said he was questionable to return with an ankle injury, but he was later downgraded to out.

Charger’s principal coach Jim Harbaugh did not have an immediate update as he spoke to CBS before the start of the third quarter.

Los Angeles signed Harris during the peak season after spending the first four years of his career with Pittsburgh Steelers. He was set to be part of a back field with Omarion Hampton. The damage will certainly be a blow to the charger’s violation.

Harris rushed into 1,043 yards and six touchdowns in 2024 – the fourth year in a row he reached at least 1,000 rushing yards. He hadn’t missed a single game since his rookie season.

He had 28 rushing yards on six bears before leaving the game.
