New Orleans Saints decided to pass on a quarterback in the first round of the NFL draft and decided to take the offensive Lineman Kelvin Bank’s Jr. out of Texas.
Submits from the NFL network and ESPN showed an emotional bank as he embraced his family members around him and put a sacred hat. The banks’ dream of being an NFL player was finally realized and the real work now began to protect the one starting at Quarterback in 2025.

Banks and his partner, Demetria, announced that they were welcoming a child in November. Now Banks gets a jump start on his career in New Orleans.

The saints could really use another strong player on the offensive line as the team has fought for violation for the past few seasons. Keeping healthy has been a main problem for some of the team’s key players.
New Orleans started the 2024 season with blowout victories over Carolina Panthers and Dallas Cowboys, but then suffered seven straight losses. It ended with Dennis Allen’s dismissal.
