Shedeur Sanders’ fall from the first round of 2025 NFL Draft remains a hot item.

When the second round came and went Friday, the former Colorado quarterback still did not hear his name.

While Sanders was widely considered one of the top quarterback prospects that entered this year’s draft, criticism of his predraft interviews began to surface on Thursday.

Sanders’ tendency to hold the ball for extended periods was also investigated.

That and other factors seem to help to scream, that Sanders’ stock fell in front of the draft. Although New York Giants signed veteran -quarterback Russell Wilson, the team was still attached to Sanders.

But New York chose to act up to Jaxson Dart.

ESPN STAR and former Pittsburgh Steelers Safety Ryan Clark had a strong reaction to his former team deciding against Sanders when they were on the clock in the first round.

“What the hell!” Said Clark.

“Mason Rudolph? Mason Rudolph!?” Clark continued.

“He went to Tennessee and got worse. You know what to do? Oh, let’s wait for Aaron. Wait for Aaron to make a decision. We let Aaron Rodgers hold us as if we’re a four. We Pittsburgh Steelers! We have to act like a 10. We’re acting like a four.”

Sanders ended the 2024 season with 4,134 passing yards.
