Nevada The Supreme Court unanimously refused the NFL’s petition to practice a recent decision on Jon the gravel.
The gravel was the recipient of an important decision in his case against the league in August, when Nevada Supreme Court determined that his case could continue in court instead of arbitration.
At that time, Nevada Supreme Court made a 5-2 decision that “the arbitration clause in the NFL Constitution is unconscious and does not apply to the gravel as a former employee.”

The NFL appealed this decision, and on Thursday the court again gave up against the league, 7-0. ESPN reported that the league is likely to submit an appeal to the US Supreme Court.
The gravel sued the NFL in 2021, after he divorced roads with Las Vegas Raiders, then leaked E emails revealed racist, sexist and gay languages.
Former head coach and long -standing football personality filed a lawsuit against the league and commissioner Roger Goodell, claiming that a “malicious and orchestrated campaign” was used to ruin his career by leaking E emails. The leaked messages were from when he was ESPN analyst and “Monday Night Football” TV station.
The NFL appealed to Nevada’s Supreme Court in 2022, after a judge in Las Vegas rejected the league’s command to reject the demands of the grape directly or order the lectures outside the court through an arbitration process that could be monitored by Goodell.
