Dallas Cowboys star Ceedee Lamb sat out the team’s first trial match in 2025 against Los Angeles Rams and still succeeded somehow to find some action.

Lamb was on the sidelines as he began celebrating the broad recipient Jonathan Mingo, who jumped past a few Rams defensive backs to get far open in a second quarter. However, Lamb turned his back and a sideline employee ran into him.

Neither the official nor lamb expected what happened. Both men were helped up and neither seemed the wound.

“It’s sideline interference. Ceedee Lamb stood in the limited white border area, which is our area to work the game. The official on the play was focused solely on performing his job, and he ran into Ceedee Lamb, which was in the limited area,” Referee Alex Moore said a pool reporter via CBS Sports.

“That’s what happened. And with that contact it’s an automatic error.”

Lamb may not be too much time, if at all, in the action of the trial. He is the team’s # 1 receiver.
