New Dalla’s Cowboy’s wide receives George Pickens accused artificial intelligence of critical comments from his old team that appeared on social media this weekend.
A screenshot of the alleged comments from a post on Instagram spread over X on Sunday. The comments took a shot at the Pittsburgh Steelers’ organization and called them the “cheapest” and pointed out that the team has traded other broad recipients before they could negotiate a new deal with them.

But the pickens pushed back to the comments in a post on his own Instagram stories that have since been deleted.
“Literally on a plane,” his message read. “No service. Landed straight and seen straight lies from Pitt fans. Stop with AI trying to make a story. I’m happy with everything Steel City did for me. Happy Mother’s day to all mothers out there.”

He was a source of constitution for Steelers towards the end of his race. He argued with fans, fought for a Cleveland Browns player and was called by Mike Tomlin for more violations during a game. He also congratulated Kansas City Chiefs stars Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce in front of Netflix TV cameras for a weird moment after Pittsburgh’s Christmas Day loss.
He had 59 catches in 900 yards and three touchdowns in 14 games for Steelers in 2024.
Steeler’s General Manager Omar Khan talked about the move on Friday.

“I didn’t want to use the word disappointment,” he said via Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. “We had three years with George. We had some exciting times. It was just time. The fresh start for both sides was the real thing.”
