Dallas Cowboys Team owner Jerry Jones teased on Tuesday that he has worked with “two beautiful material trades” ahead of the NFL draft this week.
Jones did not go beyond it during his press conference for preliminary. Dallas has 10 choices during the seven rounds. Cowboys’ failure to make greater features in the recent offseasons has been a source of a fans.

“We look at two things that could happen before or after the draft,” he said via Fort Worth Star telegram. “Two pretty material trades. Have worked on today.”
The cowboys went on to sign Derrick Henry in last year’s offseason. The veteran who ran back signed with Baltimore Ravens and turned out to have an incredible year.
This year, the team added Linebacker Kenneth Murray, who ran at Javonte Williams and Miles Sanders, Cornerback Kaiir Elam and Defensive Lineman Solomon Thomas. The team also traded for quarterback Joe Milton of New England Patriots.

All the movements that Dallas made were pieces to strengthen their respective positions. But it is unclear how much real voltage the offerings have brought.
Cowboys have also been focused on working with linebacker Micah Parsons on a contract extension. Dallas -Operating Stephen Jones shed light on the negotiations.
“Believe me, if we could sign Micah for a number we would sign him for, we would do it right now,” he said via ESPN. “But right now there is a difference in what we want is the right number and what he wants is the right number.”
Parsons has been in Cowboys’ volunteer offseason program. He told journalists at a charity event that he hopes that getting started early in high season will contribute to the early success of the regular season.
