Six-time Pro Bowl wide receives Davante Adams has made his choice for his next NFL team and he has decided to go out west.
Adams accepted a two-year deal with Los Angeles Rams, the team announced as he joins Quarterback Matthew Stafford and the budding star recipient Puka Nacua in Sean McVay’s violation.
Pakinomist Digital confirmed that the deal is worth $ 46 million over these two years with $ 26 million guaranteed.

Election of Rams marks the third team for Adams since the beginning of the 2022 season, and it comes after the New York Jets released him last week after not finding a trading partner who was willing to take on the rest of his five-year contract of $ 140 million.
Adams was scheduled to be a jet for two more seasons, but it was always expected that he would either be traded or released. Jets also made it clear that Aaron Rodgers, the four-time MVP quarterback, which Adams wanted to play with in New York, would be released under the new regime.

New York acquired Adams the last season before the NFL trading deadline from Las Vegas Raiders, the organization that previously traded for him from Green Bay Packers.
Adams’ time in Las Vegas was tumultuous as the team couldn’t find a consistent quarterback game since his arrival. He was joked to be on the trade block during the 2023 season, but he revealed that the team’s change at Quarterback was key to staying through the second half.
But without improvement under Gardner Minshew and Aiden O’Connell in 2024, Adams was eventually traded for the team he preferred – Jets – who reunited him with Rodgers.

The two famous had a great connection in Green Bay when Adams made up 8,121 yards of 669 catches with 73 touchdowns over eight seasons with Rodgers at the helm. He made five straight pro bowls from 2017-21 with Packers, and he was undoubtedly one of the best recipients in the game with Rodgers who threw him the rock.
Now Adams has another cannon-spending veteran to throw him football as Rams made sure to give Stafford what he would return to the 2025 season after walking 10-6 and collected a wild card victory against Minnesota Vikings.
Stafford threw himself in 3,762 yards with 20 touchdowns for eight intercepts over 16 games, with Nacua, the second year the fifth round, which has emerged as a broad recipient one in Los Angeles, had 990 yards of 79 receptions over 11 games. He had 1,486 yards of 105 catches in his rookie campaign.
Despite Adams’ pedigree in the league, he rains number two next to Nacua, but it should definitely feel more like a one-B situation because of his skill.

That said, Rams still has to find out if Cooper Kupp, Staffford’s previous top goal, which they have publicly said they would trade this season will be traded. Kupp’s role was reduced since Nacua’s breakout-rookie season, and he has two years left on his three-year extension worth $ 80.1 million.
With Raiders and Jets last season, Adam’s 85 catches tailed to 1,063 yards with eight touchdowns.
