Recenting Pro Football Hall of Famer Jared Allen tried to make his sack dance one last time Friday night during the gold jacket dinner, but his pants did not cooperate.

Allen, 43, was on stage with his family as he did his sackfing: to go down to a knee and then gesture out with his hands.

Minnesota Vikings big rose, grabbed the back of his legs and realized he had torn his pants. Days later, Allen responded to the incident, explaining that he was simply “caught at the moment.”

“I was caught at the moment Friday night under the gold jacket -dinner and got out of the stage and decided to do my sack party one last time and I should have listened to my wife,” Allen said during a Tuesday performance at “Fox & Friends.”

“I got out of the stage and she’s like, ‘what are you thinking? These are mounted pants, you know it won’t work for you.'”

Rip in Allen’s pants stretched from behind to the back of his knee screen.
