ONE Video became viral Back in December contained Mark Gastineau, who confronted Brett Favre in 2023 over Michael Strahan, who fired the Green Bay Packers legend to break Gastineau’s bag record for a season.
Well, the New York Sack Exchange member is now reporting ESPN because of the video.
In the last game of the 2001 season, Favre seemed to fall on the field before he was tackled by Strahan, giving the New York Giants legend record. (It has since been bound by TJ Watt.) Gastineau accused Favre of taking a “dive” and the piece remains controversial.

Gastineau met Favre at a memorabilia event last year and said that Favre had “injured” him and that he would “take my sack back” in a heated exchange.
However, according to TMZ, Gastineau claims he has “been attacked on social media with ridicule, mockery and contempt” since the video was sent. He also says ESPN “intentionally and malicious did not publish” the two shaking hands.
The report also says Gastineau never gave ESPN permission to register the moment – which contradicts Favre’s claim from earlier this year that it was a “setup.”
Gastineau is reportedly looking for $ 25 million in replacement.

“I started out of a race and thought it would be far open, so Strahan stands there and showed down. The game was over. There was no need for me to do something spectacular.
