Panthers -coach Dave Canales said horn got a few stitches in the thumb area.
“I’m glad Jaycee was in order,” Canales said. “He had to have a pair of stitches in his left thumb area. So they got what everyone was cleaning and sutured … It doesn’t seem like anything else happened, but you know we just have to evaluate him every day.”
Horn did not participate in the team’s joint practice with Cleveland Browns on Wednesday. Horn also doesn’t play Panthers’ Forsy Season Games versus Browns on Friday.

Horn, who made the Pro Bowl last season, is one of the best players on the team. Since the team chose him with the overall overall election in the 2021 NFL draft out of South Carolina, he has been an influence player.
Horn has missed time with injuries in his career as he has only played in 37 of possible 68-season matches in his four-year career.
Despite the damage, the team signed Horn for a four -year contract of $ 100 million in March. At that time, his contract extension made him the highest paid corner back in the NFL.
