He said bowling over Lenoir was his “I’m here” moment.
“Certainly today, definitely. And it takes time as a rookie to kind of get that confidence. And I’m here, I’ve arrived and it’s time to continue and play for this team,” he said.
Raiders Quarterback Geno Smith paid tribute to Jeanty’s acting.
“Man, it fires me up just to see him as he runs,” Smith said. “He runs through people and he doesn’t shake away from contact. I think he’ll be a really special player that I’ve always said and I think he’s just gotta continue to work.

“Chip [Kelly] Had a call he called to give him a chance, believing he could do it, and the guys in front could benefit, “Carroll said of the play.” They get Pasrush in loads right there, so you have to adjust your blocking, but we did a really good job. The way he [Jeanty] The hits line with review, he gives you a feeling and I was really fired up about it. Everyone was on the sidelines when he got his first touchdown to help us all. “
