The Pro Football Hall of Famer Tim Brown played 16 years with the Raiders organization when the team was in Los Angeles and later in Oakland.
He was a nine-time pro bowler and was named the entire 1990s team for his efforts with Raiders and missed a Super Bowl title. Without the ring, he is still one of the greatest recipients of 1,094 catches for 14,934 yards and 100 touchdowns.

Brown now serves as chairman and commissioner for the Arena League-an indoor football league with six teams and 7-to-7 football on the field. He appeared on “Up & Adams” on Tuesday and was asked what rule he would bring to the NFL from the Arena game.
