NFL players are not the only ones at risk of being injured during football matches. Trainer can also be injured.
Los Angeles Ram’s main coach Sean McVay announced that he was taking his plantar fascia under the team’s 33-19 win over the Tennessee Titans on Sunday at Nissan Stadium.
“Foot is good,” McVay said. “I teared my plantar fascia, so yes. Well, that’s a good thing because I assume it allows you to heal a little faster,” McVay said during a recent episode of Rams’ “The Coach McVay Show.”

“But I was dramatic and limp around towards the end of the game, but MRI confirmed I did. Good news is that I’m not playing. I’m just on the sidelines and watching, so if I have a little cool slack to add something swag, then you know why.”
Plantar Fascia is a thick tissue that runs along the sole of the foot. McVay did not say if he would need a hiking boot when his injury heals.

The 39-year-old coach is often seen sprinting up and down on the sidelines either in partying or taking a time out before a snap. McVay, before his coaching days, played broad recipient in Miami by Ohio.
Rams took down the titans thanks to a strong other half as they outscored Titans 23-6 in the third and fourth quarters to improve to 2-0. Rams is one of three teams in NFC West, 2-0, with Arizona Cardinals and San Francisco 49ers also starts strongly.

Rams takes on another 2-0 team, Philadelphia Eagles, in a new match for last year’s NFC division round matchup. Rams travels to Philadelphia to take on Eagles at. 13 one on Sunday.
