Russell Wilson will be back on The Prowl for his next NFL team, as if he were in 2024, as he is reportedly ready to meet with two quarterback needle franchises.
Cleveland Browns and New York Giants, owners of Nos. 2 and 3 total elections in the 2025 NFL draft respectively, bring the 36-year-old veteran signal call to a meeting to see if he may be the right fit next season.
According to several reports, Browns will have the first meeting on Thursday, followed by Giants on Friday.

Wilson goes out of a one-year, veteran minimum agreement with Pittsburgh Steelers, who also needs a quarterback this season. With the new league year, which officially starts Wednesday at. 16, Wilson is officially a free agent, though he has been allowed to talk to teams in the legal free agent manipulation period that began Monday.

With Cleveland, Wilson will visit a franchise who did not want to be in this situation and search for a quarterback as Deshaun Watson-Handel-and extension has not worked.
Watson fought mighty before he suffered from an Achilles injury last season, and Browns eventually ended 3-14. Watson taxed his Achilles during the rehabilitation process, so his availability by 2025 is in Limbo.
