NFL News: Steelers’ Deshon Elliott performs Irish Dance after turnover

Pittsburgh Steelers had plenty of reasons to dance in the first half against Minnesota Vikings Sunday when the team did the NFL story in Dublin, Ireland.

The Steelers defense swindled Vikings Quarterback Carson Wentz. He threw an interception to Steeler’s defensive back Desphon Elliott in the second quarter. Elliott ran down to the final zone and with his teammates and celebrated revenue.

Elliott then tried his best to perform a traditional Irish dance.

It was Elliott’s first interception of the season. It’s only the second game he has played this season. He was out the last two weeks after the team’s week 1 victory against the New York Jets. Elliott had six tackles in that game.

He is in his second season in Pittsburgh.

Steelers and Vikings played in the first game of regular season in Dublin in NFL history. Pittsburgh apparently had control over the game as they went during the break leading 14-6.

Wentz was 16-of-20 with 154 passing yards and two sacks to join forces with the eavesdropping.

Steelers Quarterback Aaron Rodgers was 12-of-14 at the break with 165 passing Yards and a Touchdown Pass for DK Metcalf. The wide recipient had four catches in 122 yards entering the dressing room.
