NFL News: Vikings’ Rondale Moore suffering from brutal knee injury

Minnesota Vikings Broad receives Rondale Moore suffered a devastating damage to the first game of his trial seasons after he missed the entire 2024 season with a knee injury.

Moore appeared in the Vikings 20-10 victory over Houston Texans. He checked into the game as a point -tourer and when he received the ball he was tackled by Texan’s linebacker Jamal Hill as he ran out of borders.

The athletic wagon came out of Moore and he was taken to the dressing room. He placed a towel over his head as emotions ran high.

“It’s one of the most painful things for me as a head coach when I feel that feeling,” Viking’s head coach Kevin O’Connell said via ESPN. “I make a life out of trying to leave others better than I found them. In that situation, there’s nothing I can do, which is the worst feeling as a coach. So you just consult him and make sure he knows he won’t be alone.”

O’Connell described the knee injury as “pretty significant.”

Moore played only in eight matches in 2022 when he was with Arizona Cardinals when he fought for a hamstring question. He signed with Atlanta Falcons in 2024 and suffered a season -ending knee injury in training camp.

He joined the Vikings last March, but he may be out in the season again.

The Vikings are filled with broad recipients trying to make the team and become No. 2 behind Justin Jefferson before Jordan Addison sits out due to a suspension to start the year.

Fifteen different players were targeted in the Forsy season match when Sam Howell, Max Brosmer, JJ McCarthy and Brett Rypi got reps on quarterback.
