Buffalo Bills’ All-Pro wideout Stefon Diggs has been charged with felonies after his former personal chef accused him of assault during a dispute over unpaid wages.
The four-time Pro Bowl receiver is no stranger to controversy, having previously faced an ongoing paternity drama and past legal troubles.
The allegations, which are now part of an ongoing criminal case, stem from an alleged confrontation at Diggs’ home in Massachusetts in early December.

According to police reports, the alleged altercation happened on December 2, 2025 in Dedham, Massachusetts, when Diggs allegedly entered the woman’s bedroom, punched her in the face and put her in a chokehold, making it difficult for her to breathe before she let go.
The woman later decided to press charges after being reluctant due to her star power.
The allegations led to charges of suffocation or suffocation, along with assault and battery.
Those charges are now part of an active criminal case, and Diggs could be sentenced as early as 2026.

She reportedly told the officers that the incident happened because of unpaid wages that were at least a month late.
