Nicole Kidman revealed she enjoyed almost every part of the film shooting Nine perfect strangers Except for the freezing night shots.
Talking to PeopleThe 57-year-old actress talked about filming the second rate of the series in the Austrian Alps, where the new season takes a darker reversal compared to the sunny California setting in Season 1.
While the first season was put in California and filmed on the hot Australian coast, the second rate took a darker tone in the Austrian Alps in the winter.
“I love the Austrian Alps,” Gushman Gused.
“I fell in love with it. There is something so refreshing about being outside and actually being in the locations and actually being really cold and going in snow. And I think there’s just something about the air and the water and the landscape and having it is authentic,” she said, sharing that they filmed for about six months in snow -covered weather, using a real throw as one of the most important settings.
Despite Baby girl‘s love for the landscape admitted to Kidman that it was hard to record in cold night conditions.
“It’s just night shooting in the cold or that kind of thing. I’m like,” okay, I’m tired and I’m cold. ”” ”
Still, Kidman thought the cold weather helped her with performance.
“But then it can penetrate and infiltrate the story and the performance,” she added.
