As America’s sports world remains locked in an ongoing cultural war on the presence of trans athletes in women’s sports, this year’s Super Bowl advertising was a battlefield.
In particular, two advertisements drew Ire too many who agree to protect female athletes from trans -cluttering.
An ad that pulled the outrage was directly from the NFL and boasted one of the longest running times all night. The league’s “Leave the past behind” the place, intending to promote the spread of girls’ flag football to several colleges across the country, offended some with his portrayal of a female flag football player who surpasses male players.

Many critics questioned the advertising to promote images of women competing evenly and more better than men. The notion that female athletes do not have a physical disadvantage compared to their male colleagues is often used in arguments that promote trans -cluttering in women’s sports.
Women’s Advocacy Group “Women Are Real” threw the ad to promote this view in an answer to X.
“I hate this ad of all my heart. We know we can’t compete against a team of men. It’s a lie. And it’s a clap in light of any phenomenal female athlete. Women’s sports are about female expertise. Leave The men out of this wrote the “Advocacy Group’s X account in response and later published several answers.
“Support your daughter’s development as a female athlete. Don’t compare her with boys, this will only deter her. This ad is a lie that serves as a clap in the face of all hard -working female athletes. Women’s sports are about female expertise. Leave men out of that.
Marshi Smith, co -founder of the Legal Law Group Det Independent Council on Women’s Sports, called NFL his ad in his own post on X.
“Why is the world obsessed with showing women playing sports against men?” Smith wrote. “Give us our own [God d—] Sports and stop comparing us. ”
Casey Caston, founder of marriage’s advisory site marriage 365, criticized the ad for showing “unrealistic” images.
“I love women’s sports, but this is completely unrealistic and respect gender differences that exist,” wrote Caston on X, later added, “women were not created to do everything a man can do. Women were created to do everything , what a man can not.
Still, the advertisement was praised by other users of social media for their message of trying to spread girls’ flag football to other schools overlooking its images.
The second advertisement that annoyed advocates against trans-clutter came from Nike, but for a deeper sitting ground.
Sportswear Juggernaut debuted his first 27 Super Bowl advertising with a star-studded series of female athletes including Caitlin Clark, Sha’Carri Richardson, Jordan Chiles and Juju Watkins.
However, many critics were quick to call Nike his official business’s attitude to support Trans athletes competing in women’s sports.
Former NCAA swimmer and current Conservative activist Riley Gaines threw Nike’s ad, while in the same breath, stranger start-sports clothing ad xx-xy athletics, specialized in activist clothing with messaging that protects female athletes from trans inclusion.

“Ditch Nike Support XX-Xy Athletics,” Gaines wrote in a re-division of the advertisement on X. Gaines is the first fire ambassador for XX-XY Athletics.
The Start Company’s founder, former American gymnast and Levi’s director Jennifer Sey, also called Nike the advertisement while promoting her own brand in a series of posts on X.
“You are so full of it. The only thing that female athletes are told that they cannot do is answer to the advertisement on X.
The famous sports view and journalist Michelle Tafoya also called Nike, while promoting SEY’s brand in a series of posts on X.
“Nike is too late for this party. And they are stuck in stereotypical language from about 25 years ago,” Tafoya wrote, adding later, “what a waste of advertising dollar.”
Data suggests that the vast majority of Americans, including most Democrats, are against letting trans -athletes compete in women’s and girls’ sports.
A recent New York Times/Ipsos Survey Found the vast majority of Americans, including a majority of Democrats, do not think transnry athletes should be allowed to compete in women’s sports. Of the 2,128 people who were examined, 79% biological men who identify themselves as women said should not be allowed to participate in women’s sports.
Of the 1,025 people who identified themselves as Democrats or inclined Democrat, 67%said transkon athletes should not be allowed to compete with women.
Nearly 70% of Americans say that biological men should not have permission to compete in women’s sports, according to a Gallup voting Last year.
In June, a study performed by Norc at the University of Chicago The respondents asked if transient athletes of both genders should be allowed to participate in sport leagues that correspond to their preferred gender identity instead of their biological sex. In this study, 65%responded that it should never or rarely be allowed. When the respondents were asked specifically about adult transient female athletes competing in women’s sports, 69% opposite it.
President Donald Trump recently took performing actions to tackle the problem and signed “No Men in Women’s Sports” executive order “February 5th.
However, some states have indicated that they will refuse to follow the order and continue to allow biological men to participate and share dressing rooms with female athletes, including California and Minnesota.
