- No headphone (1) comes
- Nothing is a big event is the 1st of July
- That no phone (3) appears at the same event
Nothing has just officially revealed when its first pair of headphones rather than earplugs come – and they arrive on July 1st with the new flagship no phone (3).
They are called no headphone (1) – yes, a unique headphone, apparently – and I really look forward to these after the excellent no ear (a).
These affordable earplugs really turned nothing around when it comes to sound – before the brand’s things had been clearly fine, but no ear (A) is simply great for the price. We rank them among the best earplugs around and they pushed Sony out as our top choice in the category $ 100/£ 100.
Nothing has also announced that it is working with British Hi-Fi-Stalwart Kef on future audio products, but refused to say whether KEF is involved in the headphone (1) in any way.
I suppose Kef is not involved in the headphone (1), and everything that comes from this project is further down the road – but maybe I’m surprised.
And no matter what, I’m excited about these. If nothing can hit the same kind of middle -class price and good quality for a pair of noise -canceling headphones as it has for earplugs, they could shake the affordable end of the market.
And not only that, but they probably come with nothing is a cool review aesthetics and as one that grew up under the transparent tech craze from the early 2000s, I am always happy to see more of it.
We have no details to talk about these headphones, but at least we know what date you need to mark in the calendar to find out more about them: See you on July 1st.
