- Notion Mail promises to redefine what we know about e -mail -Apps
- AI enables E -Mail -Sorting, labeling and filtering for a clearer view
- Extracts to templates and lighter E -Mail -Mailing has also
Popular productivity app perception has come out with its own AI-driven email service, and the company provides bold promises to change how we think about emails.
Despite the fact that E emails are a staple in the workplace since the 1970s, the notion says the platforms have not kept themselves with other technological advances, giving it a messy and ineffective feeling.
“Perception post is designed to make email management simpler-a well-oiled machine humming in the background of your day to day,” the company said in a blog post.
Notion launches new mail -App, supported by AI, of course
At the core of the performance is Mail Artificial Intelligence, which promises to automate boring tasks such as sorting, labeling and filtration.
Users can tell the performance AI what is important (such as hiring e emails for recruiters), and it will prioritize them accordingly.
In the front end, the notion draws out that mail takes advantage of custom views for increased focus. Andrew Milich and Jason Ginsberg from The Conford Mail Team noted that a user’s priorities could look different this month to next month, so it was imperative that the interface could change over time. Inbox categories such as campaigns, customer support and travel separate E emails in different categories.
Recognizing that emails can be repeated and time-consuming, the show has also added excerpts to the app so that users can call hidden templates, by view AI, who steps in to help users write intros, answers and more.
To tackle “Planning of Ping-Pong”, the app also integrates with performance calendar for senders to share their accessibility for faster and more efficient planning.
“We built the performance because we believe that your relationship with E -mail should strengthen your work, not hinder it,” concluded the notion that the mail workers were concluded.
Perception post is available for free and forms part of the free level, which also includes performance calendar, performance work area and third -party integrations with similar by slack and github. The app works with Gmail, but it is unclear if additional E -mail services are added at a later date.
MacOS and Windows apps can already be downloaded and there is a web app for those who prefer to access the perception of mail via their chosen browser, but iOS and Android apps are still in the works for now.
