- Nvidia has revealed that RTX 5070 TI will be sold on February 20
- It is followed by RTX 5070 on March 5, despite the fact that Nvidia originally said this GPU would arrive in February as well as ten
- RTX 5070 TI -Launch Date and Delay to the beginning of March for RTX 5070 was predicted by the Rygent Mill
Nvidia has confirmed the launch dates for its RTX 5070 graphics cards, where the RTX 5070 TI arrived as planned in February, but with Vanilla RTX 5070 had been pushed out a bit until March when the rumors had already insisted on.
Nvidia updated its official web page for the RTX 5070 models with the exact dates, which are 20 February for RTX 5070 ten and 5 March for RTX 5070.
Team Green also posted on X to reveal the information about the RTX 5070 TI, and how the graphics card comes from third-party board manufacturers and PC-BYG Lords-Husk, this variant does not have a Founders edition from Nvidia itself.

The RTX 5070, on the other hand, has a Founder edition, but you wait a few more weeks to try to order it or try to get a third-party graphics card.
Sample To be the operational word here, as it still has to be seen what kind of stock levels that the RTX 5070 models are launching.
Analysis: Rumors were right
It’s not very good that Nvidia back when all the new Blackwell graphics cards were revealed on CES 2025, Nvidia said both of these RTX 5070 variants should arrive in February at some point (without giving any specific dates). Pretty soon after, there were early rumors suggesting that the RTX 5070-not-Ti version would be delayed until early March, and that’s exactly what happened.
Why the (light) delay then? Could this be about running interference with AMDS RX 9070 launch in some way that is also in March? I doubt it, and there is a more likely reversal of events by considering the latest developments with scrapes from the vines. Namely, the narrative earlier today about stock of RTX 5070 possibly seriously thin on earth – potentially a similar situation like the one we have seen with RTX 5090 and 5080.
Now it’s just a rumor and I’m not saying it’s right, but it certainly makes some sense when you put everything in the cold light. Given Nvidia’s stock -Fonde has been pretty catastrophic so far, if the RTX 5070 were to arrive in healthy quantities, it would be a surprise. It is certainly a credible theory that Vanilla 5070 should be pushed back a little to ensure something like a half decent amount of these graphics cards end up on the shelves.
The second problem with the RTX 5070 is that given its more affordable price tag, this GPU will be in much greater demand than any of the Blackwell graphics cards we have seen so far – making a tighter supply a potentially much worse scenario .
Furthermore, remember that the same rumor that was right in the RTX 5070 delay also suggested that the RTX 5060 has also been pushed back (from March to April).
Of course, become skeptical of the particular RTX 5060 nugget, but the other widely spread rumor, one about the RTX 5070 ten launch on February 20, has also proved to be correct. In short, it seems that the rumor mill has spiced what is happening to incoming Blackwell GPUs pretty well so far, so at this point I certainly do not bet against it.
