- Reviews and benchmarks reveal RTX 5070 TI’s position between RTX 5080 and RTX 4070 TI Super
- That’s 20% faster than RTX 4070 Ten Super in Cyberpunk 2077 on Native 4K
- An inflated retail price can ruin its potential success on the GPU market
NVIDIAS RTX 5000 -SERIE GPU -launch has not been the best, especially due to delivery and scalper problems -but the RTX 5070 TI’s release is on the horizon and reviews suggest it is almost as good as RTX 5080 if if It can be found on its retail price.
Based on several reviews and benchmarks, the general consensus around the RTX 5070 TI is that it is an RTX 5080 Lite GPU – it uses the same GB203 GPU matrice and reports (before reviews went live) suggested its location between RTX 5080 and RTX 40700 TI Super, as highlighted by kitguru based on ‘leaked’ benchmarks.
It seems to be the case: A good example is the kitgurus benchmarks in Cyberpunk 2077 at 4K on maximum graphics settings without using DLSS 4, where RTX 5080 is 19.2% faster than RTX 5070 TI. Of course, it sounds like a large margin, but it excludes the use of DLSS 4, which is a huge game change to image stability and will undoubtedly increase the average image speed of both GPUs.
Compared to RTX 4070 TI Super, RTX 5070 TI 20% faster in the same Cyberpunk 2077 TEST -With benefits such as multi -frame generation to significantly increase the image speeds with reduced ghost compared to the RTX 4000 series model, it would knock the previous GEN GPU out of the water based on this metric. However, the problem does not stem from how well the new Blackwell GPU works, but rather its potential retail prices.
Look at
You probably won’t get it at its retail price …
Similar to the RTX 5090 and RTX 5080, the RTX 5070 TI will allegedly suffer from a limited supply. Inplated prices (for RTX 5090 and 5080) are widespread at retailers, and Scalpers is also a problem – unless you are willing to throw your wallet on one of Team Green’s Premium GPUs, I doubt you find them to their retail prices.
The RTX 5070 TI will be launched tomorrow for $ 749, but the chances of this being the real listed price is very slim due to high demand and potentially limited availability. It is worth noting that there is no Founders Edition GPU, so you are left to the retailers’ grace – some retailers are obviously indifferent to Nvidia’s Embargo, as some have already received GPU, so don’t expect the $ 749 price to stay honored.
If you own at least one RTX 4070 ti Super I would not recommend RTX 5070 Ti, especially Because you are likely to be over -consumption. But if you are still using one of Team Green’s RTX 3000 series GPUs, I would suggest keeping an eye on one by one that is hopefully at the retail price.
