This was one of those puzzles where the mists disappeared very quickly for me after I found the first word.
‘Soft skills’ left me with no idea what we were looking for, but the letters Q and X were obvious starting points and helped me weave my way to victory.
The only sticky spot might have been APPLICATION, but unlike some of the other tricky words in the search, it was relatively easy to make all the connections.
