Oscars viewers are disappointed that Adrien Brody is taking the coveted best acting award instead of Timothée Chalamet.

Fans of chalamet’s work in A complete unknown argued that the actor learned to sing for five years and emphasized making music legend Bob Dylan. While some of Brody’s dialogues were improved using AI.

Brody won the award for his starring role as a Hungarian architect in Brutalist. The film portrays the character’s struggles after emigrating to America after the war.

The film became strongly basshed after it was revealed that editor Dávid Jancsó used AI Software Respecher to improve a scene in which a letter written by Adrien Brody’s character, László Tóth, is read aloud.

However, director Brady Corbet explained that the “Respecher technology was used only in the Hungarian language dialogue editing, specifically to refine certain vowels and letters for accuracy. No English language was changed ”.

Still, Netizens believes that nominees like Timothee and Sebastian Stan did more to produce their characters and seams the accents.

An X user wrote: “Timothée Chalamet spent 5 years studying Bob Dylan, singing live and playing instruments, but Adrien Brody used AI to his performance won Oscar?”

Another argued, “Timothee Chalamet loses #oscars after taking singing teaching for five years, after winning weight, he did everything he could to deliver the best possible character, only to lose to Adrien Brody, who used AI”

A third repeated the same thoughts, wrote, “Timothee Chalamet and Sebastian Stan both engaged in the voice and accents so hard that they could not be recognized in their performances and you will give the award to someone who used AI to improve his accent in his performance?”
