Lahore:
Punjab Food Authority (PFA) confiscated and discarded more than 2,270 kg of sick poultry in the Tollinton market. Officials created barriers and inspected over 89,000 kg early in the morning.
The officials checked 25 storage units and suppliers in the city’s largest meat market, which led to fines imposed three companies for violating the rules of food security.
