Islamabad:
American entrepreneur and a strong spokesman for Bitcoin Michael Saylor on Sunday praised Pakistan’s efforts to take a forward -looking, innovation -friendly attitude in the global digital economy, states a press release issued by the Ministry of Finance.
According to the ministry, Saylor-Operating Chairman of Strategy, former MicroStrategy, participated in the world’s largest business owner of Bitcoin-at a high-level meeting, President of Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb.
The discussion-also participated by Prime Minister for Krypto and Blockchain Bilal Bin Saqib-focused on how Bitcoin could serve as a tool for sovereign reserves, monetary resilience and driving Pakistan’s long-term digital economic transformation, added.
This strategic dialogue marked another milestone in Pakistan’s efforts to build a robust police infection for digital assets, attract the global institutional interest and position itself as a web3 and bitcoin-ready market.
“Pakistan has many brilliant people. It also has commitment and clarity that companies need globally.” Saylor added. He praised Pakistan’s efforts to take a forward -looking, innovation -friendly attitude in the global digital economy.
